Psychological assessment心理初步评估
After the assessment service is purchased, the case manager contacts you within 48 hours, provides feedback and arranges a 15-minute voice call. The assessment fee can be deducted from formal counselling fees. If the concern is outside the team's scope, an alternative service will be suggested.购买心理评估服务后，专案经理将在 48 小时内联系，提供初步反馈并预约 15 分钟语音沟通。心理评估费用可抵扣正式咨询费用；若议题超出团队专业范围，将建议更合适的服务。

Set goals, cycle and payment确认目标、周期与付款
The case manager recommends a suitable counsellor, helps define the counselling goals and supports the service agreement. A cycle usually contains 6–12 sessions.专案经理将推荐合适咨询师，与您确认咨询目标，并协助签署知情同意书。通常一个咨询周期为 6–12 次。

Review and renew周期回顾与续约
At the end of each cycle, you and the counsellor review progress, consider whether the goals have been reached and decide whether to begin a new cycle. The case manager assists with renewal.每个周期结束时，咨询师将与您回顾目标完成情况，并讨论是否进入下一阶段；专案经理将协助完成续约流程。
